Spot the Difference

One's a real muppet who makes people laugh every time he performs - the other one's Fozzie Bear...

Ryan's taken a massive 12 yes 12 wickets in only 5 matches this season (that'll be two-innings-per-side-type-matches, so "young" ryan has taken more than one whole wicket per innings ... ok, not as many as two, but what do you expect from an England seamer?)

According to Graveney, he'll be familiar with the conditions. Riiiiiight. Good job FST is no longer with us, or he'd be pressed into service on that basis.

Well, who would you have picked out of those who are fit? Kabir Ali? Darren Himself - since it's Headingley?

Moores clearly has a cunning plan - to abolish the One Test Wonder...

There's no guarantee that it's going to be a seaming wicket in the old Headingley tradition, so why not pick a second spinner? (Rashid as an off the wall suggestion!)

If it has to be a quick bowler,. why not Onions?

Also seems very strange that Sidebottom's name has hardly registered in any list of names over the past couple of years, not even in the '25' we saw at the start of the season and now he's in the final 13.

I would imagine that after his impressive 3-fer against the Windies in the World Cup, the Miraculous Messiah will persuade himself to twirl a few down.....
