Thanks Mark. I only recently became aware of just how vast the work by the sabermetricians is. I'm trying now to adopt any ideas of theirs that could apply to cricket.
A lot of what I do is inspired by Charles Davis' work (his blog is here), though our methods are often quite different from each other.
